Get to know us
Welcome to Eyerusalem and Tachawt Garment Partnership, a fusion of artistic design and social impact. Our journey began with a single sewing machine and a shared dream, evolving into a company crafting distinctive children's clothing. Established in 2018 by two remarkable women entrepreneurs, Mrs. Eyerusalem Melesse and Mrs. Tachawt Dessie, our enterprise is a testament to the power of vision and dedication. Eyerusalem, a seasoned manager with a second degree in Public Health and a design graduate, oversees the enterprise's activities. Tachawt, also a design graduate, plays a pivotal role in financial management.
Our mission
At Eyerusalem and Tachawt Garment Partnership, we embark on a dual mission that transcends fashion excellence. Our unwavering commitment is to not only deliver exceptional children's clothing, setting the bar for market standards, but also to empower marginalized communities. By focusing on displaced women, youth refugees, returnees, and those overcoming diverse challenges, we go beyond stitching garments – we sew the fabric of empowerment. Through rigorous on-the-job training, our vision is to elevate their skills, foster independence, and pave the way for these resilient individuals to establish their own thriving sister companies. Join us in this transformative journey where every stitch we make echoes a powerful narrative of empowerment, resilience, and sustainable change.
Our vision
We want to live in a world where marginalized women from low income communities get the opportunity to thrive. That's why we take a lot of time and care in supporting our employees from the moment they reach out to us and ask for a job. We believe that we are on a mission to change the way clothes are made in Ethiopia. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the best quality that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.
